Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, content, and services provided by Be Active Skagit Pharma Hub ("we," "us," or "our"). Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Snohomish County, Washington, for the resolution of any such disputes, and you waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
